About the role:

Ark Putney Academy is seeking an Examinations Manager with Data to join our team. You will oversee and manage all aspects of public examination and certification processes, ensuring that examination board procedures are always followed. You will be required to maintain up-to-date records of student and assessment details, ensuring that the information kept is both accurate and confidential. In addition to this, you will be required to provide data support.

You will work across the academy as required, providing excellent administrative and data support to a variety of stakeholders to support the effective running of the school.

You will demonstrate:

Knowledge of management information systems (MIS). Bromcom experience is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

Experience of liaising with students, staff members, and external stakeholders.

A good understanding of the rules and regulations surrounding exams, storage of papers, and inspection procedures.

Possess excellent administrative and organisational skills.
