The vacancy DN Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Exams Administrator to join our Exams team, within the Student Information Services directorate. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of exams data management and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. As an Exams Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of exams data-related and administrative duties. You will work closely with peers and curriculum areas to maintain data quality within the exams function. Your role will involve using the college's student data systems (ProSolution), and any awarding body portals to input and maintain accurate data, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements. Essential Criteria: Level 2 or higher qualification in a relevant discipline (or willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification) or equivalent experience. GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or higher. Recent and relevant experience in a student data-related role or equivalent transferable experience (experience within an Exams team is desirable). Proficiency in using IT tools, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access) and databases. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong organisational and time management skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Maintain exams data, including withdrawals & transfers. Administer exams, including registrations, entries, and results recording. Provide high-quality administrative support to stakeholders across all sites. Develop expertise in relevant areas and resolve queries proactively. Support the training and development of peers and curriculum staff. Contribute to business transformation by simplifying processes and reducing workload. Assist with internal and external audits and quality processes.
