We have an opportunity for a

Exams Manager

to manage a first-class central examination service for the college. This includes supervising and motivating the Exams Team to achieve deadlines, providing expert advice and guidance to academic staff, ensuring adherence to examination board requirements, and facilitating the smooth running of College examinations and assessments service. Successful candidates will have experience with using databases and familiarity with quality improvement systems. You will assist academic managers in complying with examination deadlines and in meeting the achievement data protocol, and take action to identify and resolve discrepancies. The successful candidate must have: Management experience in an educational environment, preferably within Exams Experience of maintaining accurate records and performing systematic checks Good digital skills including the use of cloud-based storage, office packages, and Teams Knowledge of examination boards and their requirements Methodical and effective organisational skills Experience with using databases and familiarity with quality improvement systems If this sounds like you and you will enjoy working in a forward-thinking, friendly, innovative, and highly trusted environment with state-of-the-art facilities, we would love to hear from you.
