Identifying any potential problems and raising them with the appropriate teams within the college and awarding organisations – ensuring that the problems are rectified and recorded for audit purposes. Develop, review, and implement new procedures and systems to streamline the examinations process. Facilitate clear and timely communication among college staff, students, and external stakeholders. Ensure all students are registered and entered correctly with the appropriate Awarding Organisation. Oversee the production and facilitation of exam results on results day.
