As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing support to the Pensions Administration Services Coordinator and assisting the Pensions Administration teams in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of TPR Scheme Returns data process Administer the PON's process and Death Discretion's process Maintain records, files, and archive systems Provide secretarial support to the teams Coordinate and produce departmental letters, reports, and updates Service meetings and handle travel and accommodation arrangements Assist with general administration for the Pensions Administration teams Coordinate bulk mailings production and ensure timely dispatch Be the main point of contact for mailing houses Assist with file archiving and scanning/indexing process Adhere to information security and data protection policies If you are a proactive individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
