- Since the role involves international travel, the candidate must have an EU or UK passport for ease of travel, particularly for regular travel trips to the Middle East and the United States.
Key Responsibilities: Direct Support to the CEO
- Act as a primary point of contact and provide high-level administrative and operational support.
International Travel Coordination
- Manage logistics for CEO’s travel, primarily to the Middle East and the United States, and potentially other locations.
Project Management
- Oversee various projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic goals.
Client & Stakeholder Contact
- Serve as the main liaison for clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Strategic Planning Support
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape and implement strategic decisions and business goals.
Operational Oversight
- Ensure that the CEO’s vision is executed across various business operations and functions.
Work Schedule and Salary: Office Hours :
9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
