The Execution Manager (3rd Party Vessels) is responsible for managing the execution of all project work scopes for VSO assets in accordance with governance standards. This role involves leading a multi-disciplined team to deliver installation engineering and operations, ensuring the successful completion of projects and the effective deployment of VSO assets. Operational performance of allocated vessels during commercial operations, as per VSO governance Standardise, simplify and industrialise offshore execution of project work scopes Optimise vessel operations and project installation schedules Reduce schedule contingencies and conservatism through use of robust normalised timings Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement with a strong focus on HSE / Quality Develop continuous improvement ecosystem through lessons learned and other data obtained Development and monitoring of VSO and Asset performance KPI’s Support the development of global VSO resource planning Utilising global engineering centres to the benefit of the Group Support the preparation of functional specifications for vessel upgrades and CAPEX requirements Leverage the combined Execution streams to maximise the opportunity to improve performance and efficiency You are meant for this job if:
