This highly regarded firm, recognised as a market leader, operates across the Northwest. The Manchester office's Corporate & Commercial team is seeking an Executive Administrator with strong organisational and time management abilities. The chosen candidate will provide precise, efficient, and professional administrative support, ensuring the team meets compliance requirements while delivering exceptional service to clients. The role involves working with a Case Management System, so strong IT skills are essential. Experience supporting fee earners in a legal department Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong attention to detail Good organisation and planning with the ability to prioritise work Executive Administrator - Responsibilities

Effective administration and management of all department files including Matter Opening, ID checks, Matter Closing, Matter Archiving and data updates. Diary management: Create and maintain calendars for team events/meetings and travel. File management: Open, close, scan and archive files, and update data. Compliance: Ensure files comply with regulatory standards and office procedures. Management of bill process and interaction with Finance. Drafting of documents for clients upon instruction from Fee Earners and under supervision. Maintenance and updating of case management system as necessary. Telephone management: Handle calls for the team, and ensure messages are passed on accurately and in a timely manner. About Us
