Executive and Governance Coordinator . This pivotal role will provide vital support to the organisation's joint CEOs and ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Office. This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring

five days

per week in their London office. Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive and Governance Coordinator will manage the CEOs' complex diaries, balancing competing priorities to maximise the efficiency of their time. Acting as the first point of contact for the Executive Office, the postholder will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships internally and externally. Additionally, the Coordinator will oversee governance administration, ensuring that board and subcommittee meetings are effectively scheduled, and producing concise, timely minutes. To succeed in this role, you will have substantial experience in executive-level support and governance administration. You will excel in building and maintaining relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to draft high-level stakeholder communications on behalf of an executive team. You will also bring a proactive and flexible approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment. While a background in the arts or charity sector would be advantageous, it is not essential.
