Our services include creating and managing content calendars, curating visually engaging posts, monitoring performance metrics, and more. We work closely with clients to understand their brand, target audience, and goals to drive real business growth. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Assistant at Social Studios. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support and managing email communication on behalf of Kyra. Responsibilities include prepping for meetings, sending client proposals, managing invoicing on Xero, booking meetings, and updating our CRM system. They will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business. 1-2 hours a day to begin with (more hours as our number of clients grows). Qualifications Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills Experience in managing invoicing (through Xero) Excellent organisational skills Ability to work independently and remotely Proficiency in MS Office suite Experience in social media marketing is a plus Seniority level
