Executive Assistant

to assist our Executive Level Team, based at Bournemouth Airport. As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with our Executive Level Team to accomplish their day-to-day tasks. You will be required to handle a wide range of important, sensitive and exacting administrative tasks including communications, document management and meeting/event management. Person Specification A resilient and motivated individual with experience of performing Executive Assistant duties Experience in high-volume, high-pressure roles with excellent attention to detail An effective communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels, including Executive Level Team members Someone with strong organisational skills who thrives under pressure in a challenging and dynamic environment with the ability to fulfil strict deadlines. A flexible and adaptable team player who goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the Executive Level Team Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism Ability to work on own initiative and support a busy team in an administrative environment Requirements Previous experience working in a similar role at executive level Right to live and work in the UK Full drivers licence and access to vehicle Advanced MS Office skills Ability to pass company background checks, including criminal record checks Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Diary and communication management for Executive Level Team Liaising with key stakeholders Meeting and event management Managing travel arrangements Organising and maintaining office systems Support the Executive Level Team with all tasks as requested Support other departmental teams as and when required Salary for this position Hours Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week A degree of flexibility is required to meet business need
