The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated with a positive "can do" attitude and can organise both yourself and others within a fast-paced environment. On occasions, you may have to travel to other sites within Gloucestershire to support meetings and events, so your own transport is required. Responsibilities:

Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office Co-ordinate between departments and ensure that the office is operating smoothly Manage the business insurance calendar, ensuring renewals are managed appropriately Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Liaise with third-party providers and Directors to ensure that business needs are served at all times Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail Develop office policies and procedures as required by the Directors and implement as required Manage the meeting room schedule and ensure resources are provided for meetings Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements Provide support for team/company events, including researching venues and presenting options Support travel arrangements and booking for staff social events Hours:

Full time - Monday - Friday Salary:

up to £29,000 depending on experience + pension + subsidised parking + gym membership + free fruit & pizza Fridays + employee recognition awards + time off for your birthday + quarterly OTE bonus plan
