The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Chief Executive, Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Trustees, under the supervision of the Chief Executive, enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively. This position ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and acting as a liaison between the Chief Executive, Senior Leadership Team, and internal or external stakeholders. By handling a wide range of administrative tasks with precision and discretion, the Executive Assistant will contribute to the overall productivity and strategic focus of the leadership team. A key aspect of the role involves anticipating the needs of the Chief Executive and directors, proactively managing priorities to maximize their time and efficiency. This includes preparing and tracking correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining confidential records. Additionally, the Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting internal and external communication and helping to maintain positive external relations with key stakeholder audiences. Working closely with the Chief Executive, it is a fantastic opportunity to gain a unique insight into the running of one of the UK's largest arts centres. Closing date: 5 February 2025, 10am
