Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Diary management for the Chief Executive Ensuring that the CE is fully briefed on key stakeholder meetings Arrange travel and accommodation, and prepare expense reports Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality Screen incoming calls Assist in preparing and managing presentations Research & produce ad hoc briefings as requested Monitor on behalf of the CE; executive leave, expenses and invoices
Executive Assistant Requirements:
Previous executive assistance experience Experience within a non-profit organisation is advantageous Ability to work well in a high pace environment Experience of taking and writing minutes, reports, letters and preparing presentations is essential Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and time management skills
Executive Assistant Package:
Negotiable salary depending on experience Hybrid work available Part-time or full-time hours available 25 days annual leave FTE
