The combined work of the teams across the People and Culture Directorate contributes to the University’s Strategy: People, Place and Partnership. As a member of the Employee Relations team, you will contribute to the Employee Relations function and our work in promoting a harmonious work environment and culture across the University. The Employee Relations team has a wide and varied range of focus, which includes supporting partnerships working with trade unions, colleagues across the University, and other stakeholders to promote positive employment relations underpinned by the University’s values of Collaboration, Inclusion, Integrity, and Enhancing Potential. - ABOUT YOU - A good standard of education, including GCSE English and Maths or equivalent. Evidence of having undertaken training to achieve an understanding of current data protection legislation and best practices in the handling, storage, sharing and management of personal and sensitive data.
