We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support a successful entrepreneur based in Horsham. Our client owns a number of small businesses and has property interests, creating a varied and engaging environment where no two days are the same.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a down-to-earth and sincere individual who values integrity and a positive attitude above all else. Whether you are just starting out in this field or bring extensive experience from a corporate background, this role offers the chance to thrive in a collaborative, non-corporate, family-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

Personal and Professional Support:

Work closely with the entrepreneur to streamline daily activities, manage schedules, and handle communications. Representation:

Over time, develop the ability to represent the entrepreneur in meetings and communications with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Project Management:

Take responsibility for various projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and in line with business goals. Customer and Supplier Relations:

Act as a key point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Business Operations:

Assist in the day-to-day running of several small businesses, identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.

About You Attitude Over Experience:

You bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive approach to your work. Prior experience is welcomed but not essential. Adaptable and Willing to Learn:

You are eager to grow into a role where you can take on more responsibility over time. Strong Communicator:

You have excellent interpersonal skills and can easily build rapport with a variety of stakeholders. Organised and Proactive:

You thrive in a dynamic environment and have the initiative to anticipate needs and tackle challenges. Flexible and Collaborative:

You enjoy working in a less formal, family-like environment and value genuine teamwork.

What's on Offer A supportive and friendly workplace with a genuine sense of community. The opportunity to grow and develop alongside an entrepreneur who values your input and personal growth. The flexibility and autonomy to make a meaningful impact on the businesses you'll support.

This role is perfect for someone looking to either begin a career as an Executive Assistant or transition from a fast-paced corporate environment to a more personal and fulfilling work setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
