Role Overview: We are seeking a keen and enthusiastic person to provide strong secretarial, organisational, administrative and business support within our key Estates & Facilities Department, supporting the Executive Director & Associate Director. Main duties of the job: Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide training. Manage multiple complex diaries and resolve day-to-day issues. Research subjects for Executive Director and Associate Director, summarising and presenting information. Take formal and informal minutes for the Director and Associate Director. Collate reports and gather information from multiple sources. Work collaboratively with other secretaries and administration assistants. Provide cover for other secretaries and assistants during absences. Train new staff in systems and procedures. Support internal and external audit teams. Handle information of a highly confidential nature appropriately. Maintain electronic filing systems for prompt retrieval of information. Propose improvements to administrative procedures. Qualifications
Honours degree or vocational qualification level 6 in secretarial or business administration field or equivalent practical experience. Executive / Personal Assistant Diploma. Experience
