Day-to-day calendar and travel management for two Directors Optimizing leaders' time based on business priorities, internal and external meetings, rhythm of the business cadence, current projects, and team needs Coordination of internal team projects (organizing team offsites, employee engagement activities, etc.) and events (All Hands, offsites, etc.) Support managing key internal and external organizational stakeholders Filing expense reports on behalf of the leaders Other administrative projects as requested. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications Experience as an Executive Assistant Experience with executive level calendar management Experience with domestic or international travel coordination PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
