Job Description : We are looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) Generalist to support senior leadership by handling a wide variety of tasks across different departments. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as the EA Generalist will work on everything from administrative duties to project coordination, ensuring that all executives and teams have the support they need. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to prioritize effectively, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, emails, and correspondence. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents for meetings and stakeholders. Help manage and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met. Handle confidential information and act as a liaison between executives and external stakeholders. Assist with project management duties across different business functions as needed. Support other departments in ad-hoc administrative tasks, ensuring smooth business operations. Mandatory Requirements : At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
