Proactive EA providing administrative and partnership support to the VP, Supply Chain & External Manufacturing, Digital & Tech with an elevated level of initiative, productivity, integrity and discretion; working collaboratively with Senior Management to ensure smooth operations and delivery of GSC D&T priorities.
In this role you will be responsible for: High profile level of proactive administration to the VP, Supply Chain & External Manufacturing within GSK Digital & Tech. Partnering with the leadership team to develop and facilitate the execution of the team's objectives. Identifying, enhancing and following specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business. Providing administrative support to the relevant VP(s) in areas such as diary, travel and meeting management. Being able to work with various GSK systems to manage processes and adhere to policies. Undertaking ad hoc projects to support the VP and leadership team.

Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Previous experience of supporting senior executives/VPs. Able to analyse data, strong organizational and administration skills. Ability to prioritise workload, working with tight deadlines whilst maintaining an excellent eye for detail. Excellent communication skills as role will require working between different teams globally across GSK and external parties. Comfortable in interfacing with all levels of the organization and building relationships. High level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters.
