**Job Title:** Executive Assistant We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our busy team at Randstad CPE. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the construction team, including scheduling appointments, managing communication, and preparing reports. **Key Responsibilities:* Manage and maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance projects. Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents. Provide administrative support to the construction team. Answer phones and respond to inquiries from clients and contractors. **Requirements:** Proven experience as an administrator, ideally within a construction or property management environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organisational and time management abilities. **Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
