ASAP iO Associates are excited to be working with a leading healthcare technology company who are seeking an Executive Assistant to work closely with their Managing Director. This key role involves delivering high-quality administrative support and demands the ability to operate with authority and seniority. The company are dedicated to revolutionising healthcare technology to improve patient outcomes and streamline operations. If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a collaborative setting, we want to hear from you! The role is hybrid and will consist of remote working with the requirement of travel to an office space in Southampton once or twice a month. Please note, you may also be expected to travel to Scotland once or twice a year (this will be fully expensed). Key Skills: Able to follow/create process and direction Demonstrated ability to work confidentially with senior managers Proactively resolves challenges with a positive outlook Excels at multitasking and prioritisation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong financial and numerical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Experienced in QuickBooks or Xero Experience with ISO accreditation processes or audit preparation (desirable) Key Responsibilities: Accurately record minutes, prepare papers and agendas for meetings Take ownership for the company's SharePoint Verify bookkeeping software and match payments with invoices Provide updates to the MD for management team feedback Monitor and chase debtors for timely payments Create renewal estimates and ensure prompt processing of purchase orders Record expense invoices within agreed payment limits What's in it for you? 25 days holiday as standard (plus bank holidays) 5% matched pension contributions inc Life Cover Option to join Private Healthcare Structured career progression
