This exciting dual role combines Executive Assistant support at a senior leadership level with delivering high-quality Learning & Development training within a leading disability charity . About the Role: This unique opportunity blends two key positions within a well-respected Learning & Development Team and Senior Leadership Team . Executive Assistant (24 hours/week, 3 days): Support a service quality director , a key decision-maker with lived experience with a learning disability. Help ensure effective leadership at the Board level. Travel across The Highlands, Lanarkshire, Falkirk, and the Lothians to meet supported individuals and attend meetings. Learning & Development Specialist (16 hours/week, 2 days): **Training can be provided for the rightcandidate** Deliver engaging and impactful vocational training to staff. Coordinate and deliver induction training and specialist courses . Use a mix of face-to-face and virtual learning methods. Maintain and complete training records . What We’re Looking For: Strong communicator – confident, adaptable, and proactive. Excellent IT and written skills Highly organised – able to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience in health & social care , particularly with learning disabilities . Self-motivated – comfortable working remotely and traveling across Scotland.
