Job Description Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments. Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs. Managing databases and filing systems. Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. Collating and filing expenses. Conducting research on behalf of the team. Providing assistance in project management and participation in project teams. The Successful Applicant A successful Executive Assistant should have: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Property industry. Proficiency in MS Office and database management. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload. Discretion and confidentiality.
