This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a high-profile leader in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide proactive, high-level support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Act as a strategic partner, anticipating needs, problem-solving and facilitating efficient decision-making. Coordinate complex international travel arrangements and detailed diary management. Work collaboratively within a tight-knit EA team, ensuring a unified and efficient support system. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Take ownership of key tasks, pushing back when necessary while maintaining professionalism. Drive operational efficiency by implementing process improvements where required. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as an EA at a senior executive level, preferably in a fast-moving environment. Good attention to detail is key! Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide solutions. Confident, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to effect change while maintaining strong professional relationships. High emotional intelligence, gravitas and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with maturity. Must be willing to work on-site five days a week and be available for international travel as needed. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and relocation support will be offered where applicable. This role is ideal for a sharp, solution-focused, and highly capable EA who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys working at a strategic level.
