Executive Assistant to Private Office My client, who is an UHNWI, is seeking an ambitious, dedicated, and career-focused Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be the first point of contact for the UHNWI and will be responsible for providing both personal and business support on a daily basis. Executive Assistant Duties: Extensive diary management across various time zones Gatekeeper for the individual Managing client relationships Complex travel management (including commercial and private charter flights) Plan and organise entertainment and events (restaurants, private catering) Managing annual memberships, insurance renewals, and subscriptions Managing a portfolio of properties Gift buying Research management and various ad-hoc projects We are looking for an experienced career EA with UHNWI experience only, who has a book of restaurant and travel contacts!
