As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible to support the Executive Management
Committee (EMC)’s strategic decision-making processes including arranging weekly EMC meetings and maintaining accurate records of discussions and decisions. You will also be responsible to ensure efficient communication across all levels of the Bank. This
is a full time permanent position. Essential responsibilities include but not limited to Organise weekly EMC meetings and coordinate with members to ensure availability. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, ensuring all relevant topics are included Serve as the EMC secretary during meetings, ensuring proceedings are orderly and productive. Record detailed and accurate meeting minutes, capturing key discussions, decisions and action points Compile, review, and disseminate meeting minutes promptly to all relevant stakeholders. Track follow-up actions and deadlines to ensure timely implementation of decisions Act as the point of contact between EMC members and other departments for meeting-related queries or support. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information Conduct regular reviews of existing Terms of References (ToRs) to ensure they remain relevant, accurate, and aligned with current organisational strategies. Revise and update ToRs as needed to address evolving priorities, regulatory changes or stakeholder
