Are you looking to make a difference working in a financial institute focusing on tackling the climate and nature crisis? If so, Signature Recruitment is excited to offer an Executive Assistant role with our client, an independent, commercially focused and philanthropically financed organisation. This is a full time, permanent role with a salary of £40K. The role is offered on a hybrid working arrangement with at least three days in the office and the balance working from home. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting four Programme Directors as well as managing the office space. Your day to day will include providing complex diary and inbox management, organising international travel and meetings. You will also provide support, when required, to other members of the senior team to ensure the smooth running of the organisation. In addition, you will oversee the office space by working with teams to ensure it is a welcoming, presentable and well-maintained space. Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent assistance to the Programme Directors, including complex diary management and logistic coordination as well as inbox support, prioritising, triaging and signposting as necessary. Organise complex international travel arrangements, including providing full travel itineraries. Organise meetings – booking meeting rooms within the co-working space for the team as needed and welcoming guests to the office space when required. Manage the Programme Directors' time tracking and expenses, including raising PO’s and sending invoices. Assist with recruitment, holding slots in the Programme Directors’ diaries and arranging interviews with candidates, subsequently assisting with onboarding and offboarding logistics. Oversee the effective and efficient running of the office, working with the team to keep the space presentable and functional while liaising with building management for maintenance. Execute other ad hoc tasks as required to support the Programme Directors and other senior members in the business, such as working on projects and assisting with internal events and socials. Executive Assistant Key Skills:

Exceptional experience providing secretarial and administrative assistance to executives in a corporate or financial institutional setting. Excellent written and verbal communication with superb interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organisation and good time management whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail. Good IT skills – highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite and advanced use of MS Outlook. If you are a personable, proactive, highly organised, exceptional Executive Assistant and are ready to join a dynamic team making a difference, then apply today. You will be supporting efforts to achieve the transition to an inclusive, net-zero carbon and climate-resilient economy. We look forward to hearing from you!
