Are you a polished, highly intelligent, and experienced Executive Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a boutique private equity investment firm in London’s prestigious West End? This is a unique and rewarding role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and is eager to take on a pivotal position within a growing business.

About the Role As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to two Senior Directors, providing seamless support across both professional and personal responsibilities. In addition to traditional EA duties, you will take on office management responsibilities and play a crucial role in the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

This is a dynamic and varied role with scope to get involved in the investment side of the firm, providing an opportunity to broaden your experience and contribute directly to the company’s growth and success. With a clear pathway for professional development, this role offers significant opportunities to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility as the firm continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive diary and calendar management, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements across multiple time zones. Acting as the primary point of contact for the Senior Directors and their partners, ensuring their schedules run seamlessly. Preparing and proofreading documents, presentations, and correspondence to a high standard. Managing the office, including liaising with suppliers, handling facilities, and ensuring a professional and efficient working environment. Providing personal assistance to the Senior Directors and their partners when required. Supporting key investment projects with research, data analysis, and administrative tasks, with the opportunity to grow involvement in this area. Acting as a gatekeeper and handling confidential information with utmost discretion. Coordinating with external stakeholders, clients, and partners, ensuring professional representation of the firm at all times.

What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level, ideally within the private equity and/or investment sector. A highly intelligent, proactive, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Impeccable organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise competing demands. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. A polished, professional demeanour with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a keen eye for streamlining processes. A motivated self-starter who is eager to take on responsibility and contribute to the firm’s growth.

What’s on Offer: A competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum, private healthcare, discretionary bonus, and additional perks. The chance to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to the investment side of the business. Significant opportunities for growth and development within the company, with a clear pathway to take on greater responsibilities in the future. A pivotal role within a dynamic, boutique firm offering the chance to make a meaningful impact. A prestigious West End location, with the opportunity to work in a high-end and rewarding environment.

How to Apply:

If you are a smart, capable, and ambitious Executive Assistant looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you. Join a boutique investment firm where your expertise and ambition will be valued, and where your career can grow alongside the success of the company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
