Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage complex calendars across international locations. Organize domestic and international travel arrangements. Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time. Plan and execute team activities, including meetings, off-sites, and morale events. Track key deliverables, manage deadlines, and ensure follow-ups on outstanding tasks. Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders. Handle team space management, including moves and reconfigurations. Assist with documentation and ensure readiness for meetings and projects. Build and foster a positive, engaging team culture through morale-building activities. Requirements
Basic Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience as an Executive Assistant. Proven track record in executive-level calendar management. Experience coordinating domestic and international travel. Preferred Qualifications Expertise in leading and implementing process improvements. Experience working in fast-paced, high-tech environments. Knowledge of designing processes to enhance efficiency.
