Salary: £200 - £220 per day Location: Canary Wharf 5 Days in the Office Contract Length: Initial 3 months rolling An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a dynamic Capital Markets ECM division. This role supports the Head of CEEMA and a team of 14 bankers in a fast-paced, high-travel environment. The position requires exceptional organisational skills to manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, coordinate extensive travel arrangements, and ensure seamless client interaction. Dynamic and fast-paced working environment Opportunity to work closely with a high-performing team Valuable experience in a leading financial services organisation What you'll do: As an Executive Assistant, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Head of CEEMA and a team of 14 bankers. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use managing complex diaries across multiple time zones. You will also coordinate extensive travel arrangements ensuring seamless client interaction. Your ability to organise and prepare meeting agendas will contribute to the smooth execution of internal meetings. As the primary point of contact, your professionalism will shine through as you handle emails and correspondence. Your attention to detail will be crucial in arranging travel plans for the team and processing expense claims accurately. Efficiently manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal meetings across multiple time zones (UAE and USA) Organise and prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for internal meetings, ensuring smooth execution Serve as the primary point of contact, handling emails and correspondence with professionalism and discretion Arrange travel plans for the team, including bookings and itineraries, with a focus on UAE and USA travel and occasional Southern Europe trips Process and track expense claims accurately, adhering to company policies Provide high-quality traditional EA support, including document preparation, data entry, and record maintenance What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role is proactive, organised, detail-oriented with strong experience in providing executive-level support. Your excellent time management skills will enable you to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
