Role Overview: The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient operations through effective scheduling, communication, and organisation. What you will do: Diary Management: Efficiently scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and commitments. Travel Coordination: Booking travel and accommodation arrangements, including itinerary planning. Expense Management: Processing expenses using internal systems such as Concur. Document Handling: Ensuring timely preparation, signing, scanning, and couriering of legal and confidential documents. Event Organisation: Planning and coordinating team off-site activities, events, and meetings. Inbox Supervision: Monitoring and responding to email queries promptly and professionally. Membership and Subscriptions: Managing renewals and registrations. General Administration: Performing various administrative tasks as required, ensuring seamless support. Who You Are: Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities. A minimum of 3 years in a similar Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role. Exceptional multitasking and prioritisation abilities. Strong integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information. Capability to manage high volumes of tasks and competing priorities efficiently. Familiarity with online tools for travel, procurement, and expense management.
