We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant based at our office in Lutterworth to provide a comprehensive support service to the PAD Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the UK Senior Management Team (SMT). This is a part-time role working 27 hours per week. Hybrid working. Responsibilities include:

Extensive diary management: arrange meetings, manage and update diaries as required. Make travel arrangements for the COO and the SMT (including travel, itineraries, accommodation, and visas where necessary) and visitors. Control communications channels (i.e. incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls) for the Executive Team. Collate and create monthly reports and similar documents to support senior managers and SMT meetings. Provide minute-taking support services and send out post-meeting action points. Maintain an outstanding administration support service, ensuring processes are streamlined and efficient. Create and maintain systems and records, ensuring these are accurate and up to date. Produce documents that meet branding guidelines and the professional standards required by the business. Create and maintain appropriate administration systems to support the SMT (e.g. company credit cards). General administrative duties as required. The ideal candidate will have/be:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant/Senior Administrator supporting a Managing Director or CEO. Knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of preparation and typing of reports and letters to a high standard. Experience of documentation preparation for meetings to include agendas and meeting packs. Experience of inbox management at Executive level. Knowledge of managing incoming written correspondence. Professional approach with the ability to work on own initiative.
