Job Locations: UK-London Job Profile: LSL plc is one of the largest providers of services to mortgage intermediaries and valuation services to the UK’s biggest mortgage lenders. We also operate a network of franchised estate agency branches. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant on a 9-12 month fixed term maternity cover contract to join us from the middle of March. The Executive Assistant will provide confidential, high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO of our Plc organisation. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who will manage complex schedules, coordinate key meetings, and serve as a liaison between senior executives, board members, investors, and other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for optimising the CEOs and COO's time, preparing relevant documents and reports, and ensuring smooth communication across the organisation. The Executive Assistant will coordinate logistics for Board meetings, manage key deadlines, and support the planning of corporate events, including senior management conferences and corporate presentations. In this role, you will also manage travel arrangements for the CEO and COO, ensuring smooth logistics, and provide coordination and administrative support for key projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate or plc environment, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced setting. You must possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). If you are a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and would be available to start in March, then we would love to hear from you. The role will require travel into central London as and when required.
