Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP! About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in the Richmond office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting executive teams for a fast-paced or start-up organisation. You’ll be responsible for calendar management, meeting booking and other administrative tasks to support our MD and leadership team. What you’ll be doing Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and booking accommodation Managing the executive’s inbox, filtering emails, drafting responses, and ensuring important communications receive attention Booking travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries, and handling adjustments when necessary Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations Preparing agendas, organising materials, and taking meeting minutes Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism Acting as a liaison between executives, clients, and external partners Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed Ensuring executives are well-prepared for meetings and events, showing seamless preparation and communication Organising and maintaining files, records, and documents, both digital and physical, to ensure information is easily accessible Assisting in planning and coordinating executive-level events, including client meetings, board meetings, or team gatherings What We Can Offer You Competitive Compensation : Attractive salary including discretionary performance-based bonuses Birthdays & Anniversaries:

Programs to recognise and reward employees for their contributions and achievements Skills We Need for This Role Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (ideally within a startup) Exceptional skills in calendar management and event coordination Strong organisational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), familiarity with office/project management systems and tools is highly beneficial Ability to work in a rapidly growing organisation and manage multiple priorities Experience coordinating both virtual and in-person events Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software Don’t quite have all of these skills?
