We are currently seeking a

dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant

to join our team and drive our projects and operational processes to success. This person will be excited for the opportunity to develop and grow within the company with the potential to earn a leadership role. The Executive Assistant will serve as the right-hand person to the CEO/Broker, executing the details of strategic projects and operational support. This role requires a high level of discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and managing special projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects and enjoy improving processes. This is a less than full-time role in person, between 20-30 hours per week. Compensation commensurate with experience. Responsibilities

Provide executive support by handling day-to-day operational tasks for the CEO/Broker in Warwick, RI, US. Conduct research and prepare reports for the broker on critical decisions and company growth strategies. Serve as a liaison between the CEO/Broker and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication. Manage incoming requests for the CEO/Broker's office and prioritize tasks to optimize time management. Generate KPI reports, team productivity reports, and closing surveys for the CEO/Broker's evaluation. Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth functioning in the real estate sector. Foster team collaboration and communication while upholding the company's brand and reputation. Develop and maintain manuals for brokerage procedures and policies, including new business acquisitions. Safeguard the organization's profitability and engage effectively with franchise tools and services. Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful implementation. Identify and execute new service opportunities, delegating tasks as needed. Obtain vendor quotes, compare options for cost-effectiveness, and manage project budgets. Coordinate services, utilities, accounting, and vendor relations for new business acquisitions. Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, or a proven track record of successful career experience. Demonstrated expertise in project management and operational roles is essential. Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing teams are required. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships are a must. Proficiency in utilizing project management software and productivity tools is necessary. The capability to analyze data effectively and generate detailed reports is important. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently are crucial.
