Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a flair for organisation and an eye for detail? We have an exciting opportunity to join our prestigious client's team as their next Executive Assistant!

At our client's organisation, the Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the leadership team. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

Diary Management:

Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars to optimise productivity. Report Writing and Collation:

Drafting reports and compiling information to support decision-making processes. Minuting Meetings:

Capturing key discussions and decisions during meetings to keep the team informed. End-to-End Travel Bookings:

Handling all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, visas, restaurant bookings, and creating detailed itineraries. Partner Agreement Management:

Renewing existing agreements and assisting in the creation of new ones. Financial Support:

Processing expenses, raising purchase orders, and managing invoices. Event Logistics Management:

Assisting in the planning and execution of conferences and exhibitions, from venue research to attendee list management.

To excel in this role, our ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in report writing and meeting minuting. Familiarity with travel bookings, event coordination, and financial processes. The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
