Executive Assistant , Stockport area. Up to £30,000 plus benefits and bonus.

My client is a highly respected and successful Financial Services provider and is looking to add an Executive Assistant to their team to provide support to the Senior Management and Partners.

An excellent Organiser and Administrator, your main job role will include:

Providing confidential administrative support to the Partners on a day-to-day basis, helping to manage their diary and workload.

Working closely with colleagues and ensuring the EA team is working effectively.

Assisting the other Partners.

Providing reception work by answering the telephone, directing calls, taking messages, and welcoming clients and other visitors to the premises.

Keeping track of stationery and office equipment, reordering when necessary, and liaising with suppliers.

Keeping up to date with technology and receiving/providing training where necessary.

Ensuring that standard documents and templates are kept up to date and rolled out to the staff when necessary.

Promoting departmental procedures and communication between staff.

Being part of a team, working together and ensuring colleagues' wellbeing.

Looking after facilities within the company.

Daily tasks include:

Typing letters, file notes, emails, suitability reports, presentations, fact sheets, and minutes.

Liaising with Management regarding workload.

Filing – electronic.

Ensuring client data is up to date.

Answering the telephone, directing calls, and taking messages where necessary.

Welcoming visitors to the building and providing refreshments.

Arranging meetings and travel.

Ensuring the meeting rooms and reception areas are tidy and presentable.

Maintaining confidentiality.

Keeping the executive diary up to date, monitoring forthcoming meetings, and producing draft presentations ahead of meetings.

Keeping workflows up to date.

Ensuring GDPR and compliance is adhered to.

Updating templates and standard documents.

Monday-Friday, with optional working from home 1 day a week.
