Friday, 24th Jan 2025 Our Telford based client is looking for an Executive Assistant to start immediately and provide temporary comprehensive administration support to the organisation’s senior management team. It is a busy and varied role, requiring someone who is confident to make decisions and can use their own initiative while following instructions closely. The company is based in a nice location, and this should be a rewarding and interesting role. It is anticipated that the Executive Assistant will be required for a minimum of 2 weeks, but there is a likelihood that it could be longer. Responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to: Support and assist the Chief Executive by carrying out secretarial and administrative duties including typing, proofreading, filing, preparing and editing correspondence, communications, creating PowerPoint presentations, etc. Arrange meetings, set up meeting rooms, coordinate catering, and take minutes at meetings. Act as the first point of contact for the Chief Executive regarding enquiries and messages. Manage the diary of the Chief Executive, arranging appointments and reminding them of important tasks and deadlines. Support the Chief Executive and Chairman with email inbox and correspondence management. Organise corporate lunches; liaise with the appropriate team for menus, table plans, place cards, and collate food orders with dietary requirements. Arrange hospitality and visit itineraries for guests, as directed by the Chief Executive. Type, compile, and prepare reports/presentations and correspondence. Manage filing systems, collate and file expenses and invoices. Support the Senior Management Team in various administrative tasks as required. Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar Executive Assistant, PA, Senior Administrator, or Senior Secretary position previously. You must have experience providing support to senior managers, excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues and external contacts. You should have a flexible approach to work and the ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously to tight deadlines. You will also have competent IT skills, including producing PowerPoint presentations. Due to the company location and occasional need to visit other sites, you must have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. You must be available to start immediately. The application process: Our mission is to support our clients in their creation of an equal, diverse, and inclusive workforce. We are committed to providing a barrier-free recruitment process, so if you require any reasonable accessibility adjustments within the application process, please make it known at the earliest opportunity. We will carefully consider your details and advise you

if we’re able to progress with your application within 72 working hours.

If you do not hear from us within this time, your details won’t be retained. If you’re not successful on this occasion, do continue to respond to future roles we advertise. In the meantime, we wish you all the best in your search for employment.
