Executive Assistant to CEO Salary:
£60,000-£70,000 + bonus Hybrid set up:

Opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and be part of a growing organisation. Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including complex diary management, travel arrangements, and stakeholder engagement. Manage and coordinate board meetings, investor relations, and high-level political engagements including Downing Street interactions. Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, requiring excellent judgment and communication skills. Support capital raising activities and associated documentation. Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion. What background and experience are the company looking for?
Previous experience supporting C-suite executives, within a start-up or scale-up business, investment banking, or high-growth environment. Worked for a business that has been going through fundraising stages. Proven track record of managing complex diaries, international travel, and board-level relationships. Experience with or exposure to capital raising processes and investor relations. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to direct communication styles. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
