An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected UK charity as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. This role sits at the heart of their organisation, providing crucial support to enable the CEO to maximise effectiveness in their important work.
They are seeking an accomplished, degree educated (or equivalent qualification) professional, with relevant experience in a similar role. This role requires a problem solver and self-starter, who thrives on using initiative to anticipate needs proactively.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage and prioritise a diverse and demanding workload are essential. This candidate must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; they must be professional, courteous, and have the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Given the senior nature of this position, you must demonstrate a track record of handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive
Diary management, travel arrangements, and project tracking
Support the Executive team in communications, admin and meetings
Arrange Board and sub-Committee meetings
Support the Chair and the Board of Trustees with travel and general admin
Support the Events & Operations Manager with execution of key events
Manage and respond to general enquiries, including calls and correspondence
Organise and facilitate meetings and room preparation
Help in the production of key charity documents
Other duties as may be requested, as the role evolves

Full time
Salary:
£38-40k dependent on experience
Based:
London – with occasional travel (potential for 2 days WFH)
