has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide effective and professional administrative support to the Dean of School of Pre-Degree Studies and the immediate team in the School’s SMT. You will oversee the day-to-day management of the Dean’s diary, correspondence and office systems and processes, with an emphasis on the development of digital approaches that enable greater efficiency. You will take a proactive role in providing full administrative support to the Dean’s priority projects, engaging with the full breadth of the school and working across UAL with colleagues in colleges and central services. This is an opportunity to take an active role in developing the new UAL School of Pre-Degree Studies launched in September 2024, and you will join us at a crucial moment as we complete the transition of all our pre-Degree courses to one site in a beautiful, listed building in Lime Grove, West London. You will be joining a diverse, inclusive, and creative community of inspiring academics, technicians and support staff working together to support our incredible students from London, the UK and around the world in their first steps in their journeys into creative higher education and the careers in the creative industries. About you

You are a highly organised individual and a strong communicator, who possesses significant administrative experience working with senior level and/or high-profile individuals, as a personal or executive assistant. You will also possess excellent digital skills, work well in a team and enjoy the challenge of your own projects as well as working in a supporting role. We are UAL
