Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage diaries and inboxes for the sales team Organise client meetings Produce quotes and proposals, ensuring the sales pipeline is always up to date Assist with hosting customer visits and follow up on meeting actions Provide crucial support to the Business Development team, enabling them to focus on growth Requirements Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent phone skills and a natural rapport builder Persistence and tenacity in following through on tasks Proficiency in Office 365, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Team leadership qualities or experience is desirable.
