We are seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Board who will provide administrative support to the Board and assist our Head of Legal with company secretarial tasks. In a typical week, you will work closely with our three Executive Directors to enhance communication among them. Your responsibilities may include booking meeting rooms, organizing meetings, and preparing for the quarterly Board meetings. You may also assist the Head of Legal with company secretarial support or collaborate with the finance team regarding our insurance needs. This is a varied, busy role and you will relish multitasking. About you You will enjoy collaborating with fantastic teammates in a friendly environment. You will engage in a variety of activities within a busy and dynamic commercial setting. It is essential to have proven experience supporting at an executive level and supporting on company secretarial duties. We offer a hybrid role, requiring regular in-office attendance at least two days per week. With 63 different working patterns agreed, we demonstrate our commitment to a flexible and inclusive working environment.
