Your new company Hays are partnering with a reputable and high-end company based near Wellingborough to recruit an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and dynamic organisation. Your new role Providing full diary and inbox management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Preparing presentations, reports, and other essential documents using Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Managing complex travel itineraries, including visas and accommodation bookings. Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Coordinating meetings and events, including logistics and catering arrangements. Maintaining accurate records and databases. Managing expenses and invoices. Providing general administrative support, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Data management skills and experience. A proactive approach to work. A full UK driving licence is essential.
