£35,000 - £40,000 (Full-time equivalent, pro-rata for 30 hours per week) Hours:

Approximately 30 hours per week with flexible working arrangements About the Role: This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You’ll take ownership of the co-founders’ schedules, streamline operations, and become a key figure in the smooth running of the business. With flexibility built into the role, it’s well-suited to candidates based locally in Wilmslow, Altrincham, Hale, Alderley Edge, or nearby areas. Key Responsibilities: Diary & Inbox Management: Efficiently manage the co-founders’ busy schedules, ensuring key priorities are met and communication flows smoothly. Process Improvement: Design and implement new systems and processes to improve operational efficiency. Stakeholder Relations: Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders, ensuring relationships are well-managed and issues are resolved quickly. Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address potential challenges, offering practical solutions to keep operations running smoothly. Project Support: Assist with a range of ongoing and ad-hoc projects, contributing to the company’s growth plans and long-term success. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with a track record of supporting senior leaders and managing diverse responsibilities. Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner. Problem-Solving: A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected challenges. Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is essential, as occasional travel to sites across the North will be required. What’s on Offer: A flexible, part-time role.
