Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef specializing Thai Cuisine to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation meets the highest standards of safety and quality while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Develop and design creative menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and cater to diverse dietary needs. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Supervise daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, food ordering, and staff scheduling. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food presentation, and best practices. Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor food costs and implement strategies to optimise profitability without compromising quality. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food preparation techniques and presentation. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff training. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
