Working alongside the current Head Chef, you will be tasked with creating spectacular dishes for their corporate and wedding clients. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop innovative menus. Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards. Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively. Stay updated with current food trends and incorporate them into the menu. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in an events setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Creative mindset with a passion for culinary arts.
