A market leading Events company based in beautiful Surrey is looking to recruit a creative and passionate Executive Chef to enhance the culinary offering. Working alongside the current Head Chef, you will be tasked with creating spectacular dishes for their corporate and wedding clients. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop innovative menus. Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards. Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively. Stay updated with current food trends and incorporate them into the menu. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in an events setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Creative mindset with a passion for culinary arts.
