As an experienced Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations across a number of establishments within the group, whilst overseeing menu development, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are exceeded across the board. Executive Chef responsibilities will include: Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect both seasonal ingredients and the highest quality. Manage and mentor a team of talented chefs. Oversee all food purchasing and inventory control. Ensure all legislation is currently followed, including all food/health and safety regulations. Working for an extremely reputable establishment with an incredible reputation, it is important that the successful Executive Chef possesses certain characteristics to prove a success. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience of leading a team of chefs within a premium hospitality setting at the Executive Chef level. Excellent leadership and management characteristics.
