Executive Chef

with a specialism in

healthy cuisine

to lead menu innovation and kitchen operations. This role requires a deep understanding of

nutritious, high-quality meals

that cater to diverse dietary requirements, including

gluten-free, vegan, and low-calorie options . The ideal candidate will have a passion for

health-conscious cooking , Michelin-level precision, and the ability to create menus that blend

nutrition with exceptional taste . Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine

nutritious, health-focused menus

with an emphasis on

fresh, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients . Ensure that all dishes meet

high culinary standards

while catering to

specific dietary needs . Oversee

kitchen operations , maintaining efficiency, consistency, and food quality in a high-volume setting. Train and manage kitchen staff in

healthy cooking techniques, portion control, and food safety . Ensure

strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations , conducting regular audits. Manage food sourcing , prioritising

organic and high-quality ingredients

while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Monitor

kitchen budgets, food costs, and waste reduction strategies

to ensure operational efficiency. Continuously update menus based on

customer feedback, dietary trends, and evolving nutritional standards . Ensure

client satisfaction , particularly for

health-conscious consumers and those with special dietary requirements . What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as an

Executive Chef

in a high-end or luxury culinary environment. Michelin-star experience

or fine dining background is desirable. Expertise in

healthy, nutritious cuisine , with a strong understanding of

dietary requirements and nutrition trends . Culinary degree or relevant

certification in culinary arts or nutrition . Strong leadership and

team management skills

to maintain a high-performance kitchen environment. In-depth knowledge of

food safety and hygiene regulations , ensuring full compliance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for managing kitchen teams and external stakeholders. Why Join Us? Competitive salary of
